Insurance
We bill all insurance plans. For most plans we are in-network providers and for other plans we are out-of-network. You can verify our status with your insurance company by calling the number on your card. Most insurance providers are happy to review the details of your plan with you. Private Pay
Some clients find that it is more cost effective for them to pay out of pocket for their services even though they have insurance and some insurance plans do not cover the services that you want. The cash rate, as well as cost of visits with insurance can be found here. Payment must be provided at the time of service to be eligible for these rates.

We prefer payment by check. We also accept cash and credit card/debit card payments. There is a 3% convenience fee for credit card payments which will be added to your balance due if you are paying with a credit card.
